The HOM Method

HOM sessions are built around two disciplines that have decades of science behind them: progressive overload strength training and Pilates. The combination is deliberate. Each one does something the other can’t, and together they cover every dimension of physical wellness.

Strength training, done properly, is what changes the body. That means working close to failure, adding load progressively, and understanding why.

At HOM the science is always explained, because results make more sense when you understand what’s driving them.

Breath, body awareness, control over the smallest movements.

It shifts the nervous system, improves recovery, and builds a relationship with your body that carries into everything else.

Every session is designed to help you move better, feel stronger & reconnect with your body.

Whether you're joining a small group class or stepping into 1:1 training you'll experience thoughtful, personalised coaching every single time.

At HOM classes are intentionally limited to Max 4-6 people.

That means no hiding at the back & never feeling like just another name on a register. Here you'll be welcomed in, continuously supported by me as your coach & surrounded by women who cheer each other on!

Every session is tailored to the women in the room.
