ACL Class
The ACL HOM Signature Class is an intimate, small-group class (4–6 women) combining reformer, mat Pilates, and strength training in a dynamic circuit.
Blending classical and contemporary Pilates with dumbbells and bodyweight work- all set to energising music - this is where precision meets strength, and results are built.
CARVE Class
A small-group (4–6 women) Pilates-based class using bands, balls, magic circles and weights to strengthen, and deeply activate your whole body.
