Whether you're joining a small group class or stepping into 1:1 training you'll experience thoughtful, personalised coaching every single time.

At HOM classes are intentionally limited to just 6 people.

That means no hiding at the back & never feeling like just another name on a register. Here you'll be welcomed in, continuously supported by me as your coach & surrounded by women who cheer each other on!

Align

HOM:Align is designed to help you build a strong, confident foundation in your Pilates practice.

Rooted in classical Pilates principles with a nurturing & accessible approach HOM:Align sessions move at a gentle, steady pace perfect for those who are new to the method & layers are offered for those who already have some experience.

You'll learn essential techniques for core strength, posture & functional mobility all in a supportive environment that encourages ease & body awareness.

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or easing back into movement you'll leave feeling ALIGNED, energised & even more connected to your body.

Carve

HOM:Carve awakens your muscles with dynamic, targeted & intentional full-body movements crafted to engage, stabilise & have you feeling the burn.

This class combines a blend of classical & contemporary Pilates movements using light to moderate weights as an option, magic circles, mini ball & bands.

Together we will work (or cry!) through a variety of exercises, including lunges, squats & upper body movements.

Recommended that you have done Pilates before & are currently active.

If you are inactive, have any injuries or newly postpartum please book HOM:Align class.

Lift

HOM:Lift blends science backed strength training & Pilates-inspired movements.

Every class is designed with purpose & precision to provide effective & sustainable workouts that drive body composition results.

Helping you grasp not only the "how" but also the "why" behind each weighted movement.

With every HOM:Lift session you'll enhance your knowledge, train to muscular failure & boost your confidence.
